Return & Refund Policy
At BuzzShield, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Returns
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

Return requests must be approved before items are sent back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return address details will be provided after your request is approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the problem promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

We also do not accept returns for products damaged through misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original product and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must still meet the return eligibility conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
